Attention! After the list is updated, all points you earned previously, as well as any Coffers with unclaimed rewards, disappear.

The complexity of a Quest depends on your Palace level. After a new level is reached, you need to wait for the list of tasks to be updated, at which point more complicated Quests will become available to you.
