To change your userpic, go to the Profile tab in the Palace and click the icon in the lower right corner of the userpic. You will see available userpics. Select one of them and then click the "Apply" button.

You can change your userpic only if you have the Change Userpic item. If you don’t have it, you will see the "Buy and Apply" button instead of the "Apply" button.
