To change your nickname, go to the Profile tab in the Palace and click the "A" icon in the line under the userpic. In the new window, enter your new nickname and click the "Apply" button.

You can change the Lord’s name only if you have the Change Name item. If you don’t have this item, you will see the "Buy and apply" button instead of the "Apply" button.
